General FAQ's

These are common questions relating to the MLP website in general. If you have questions specific to our subscription box or washi club, please see those sections below.

Important note for smartphone users: You must turn your phone to landscape orientation in order for the "Account" button to be visible.

Clicking the "Account" button in the upper right corner will open a Login form where you can enter your account credentials.

If you have not yet created an account, you can do this by clicking the "Create account" link under the Sign In button. Note that if you are creating an account to manage an existing subscription, it is important to use the same email address for your account as was used for the subscription.

Please note that MLP discount codes are only applicable to non-subscription items. This is because our subscription items are already significantly discounted in comparison to our à la carte items. Thank you for understanding!

If you notice that a discount code is not working for non-subscription items, please let us know!

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem or question with your order, please contact us.

Our shipping policy is to either replace or refund an order (per customer preference) if it has yet to be delivered within 15 business days of the ship date. Note that the option to replace is subject to stock availability, so in some cases, we may only be able to offer a refund.

If you believe your order may be lost in the mail, please let us know.

Subscription Box FAQ's

After logging into your MLP account, there is a "Manage Subscriptions" link on the main account page. (If you have trouble logging into your account, please see "How do I log into my MLP account?" in the General FAQ section above.)

After clicking "Manage Subscriptions", you should see a list of all MLP subscriptions that you have. Click on the subscription number to the left of the box you would like to manage. This will take you to a screen where you can do any of the following: Update credit card information, Change shipping address, Swap to a different box variant (ie. change from Hobonichi Cousin to Wonderland 222 B6), or cancel your subscription.
